Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Signs EJ DiMera Is About To Return — Don’t Count Out Actor James Scott Yet

Days Of Our Lives: EJ DiMera (James Scott)NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that one character that fans have always wanted to come back is EJ DiMera. Even though actor James Scott indicated that he would never come back, don’t count him out just yet. Keep reading to find out why EJ could be the next one to make a surprise comeback and why Scott could surprise everyone by reprising his former role.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – EJ DiMera Keeps Being Mentioned

DOOL spoilers reveal that when a dead, missing, or character that simply left town gets name-dropped, then it’s usually foreshadowing their return. We have seen it countless times in soaps throughout the years. There have been a few mentions of EJ’s name.

Now, we know that the resurrection injection didn’t take well with him and he’s in Europe in some facility. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) spends all of her time there hoping and waiting for EJ to get back to “normal.” Even Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) brought up how preoccupied her mother was with EJ.

DOOL Spoilers – Sami Brady’s Long And Emotional Story

It seems like Sami just left after the whole custody drama, but she’ll be back very soon. She’s supposed to return before the end of the year. Unlike previous stints, this one will keep her around for most of 2021. In Sweeney’s new deal, the story is reportedly supposed to be very emotional. What could be more emotional for Sami than EJ? Plus, for an extended stint and her inking a new deal, it must be a special story. We can’t think of anything else that it could be.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – James Scott Hasn’t Been Very Busy

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that James Scott hasn’t been very busy since leaving the soap, Soaps.com noted. Now, actors do go through stretches where they are so busy they barely have time to blink. Other times, they won’t have work for a while. However, the work environment in Hollywood is changing. The pandemic had many people struggling to find work… including actors, who even went to social media to tell everyone they are available. Even though Scott doesn’t really want to come back, he may just need to.

DOOL – DiMera Family And Business Falling Apart

We really thought that after EJ and Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) died, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) would really step up as the head of the DiMera empire. However, he seems really occupied with other things. It’s either Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) mental illness, getting revenge on Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), or playing weird games with Gwen Rizczeck (Emily O’Brien). He seems totally unfocused.

Plus, DiMera Enterprises keeps playing CEO musical chairs. There needs to be a strong leader who comes in, puts his foot down, and concentrates on the business. The entire DiMera empire… both family and business… is about to collapse. We can’t think of someone better than EJ DiMera.

Fans should just let him go. DOOL should either recast him…or just kill the character EJ off for good. Even though I like watching DOOL right now…the writers only care about themselves. I only watch right now…because of some of the cast members that I love are still on. I know some of the storylines were horrible…and has ruined good characters. If DOOL gets rid of any more good actors…or causes them to want to leave because of their storylines….I'm done then with DOOL.

Would love to see EJ back at the mansion. He would have to deal with his new brother Jake. Also maybe he could get rid of Jake's old girlfriend before she harms Abigail. And throw in some Sammie drama and we'd have some great fun.
