Stacy Haiduk, also known as Kristen DiMera on “Days of Our Lives,” is enjoying a lot of “me” time these days. The actress, who is currently on a break from production, has attended lots of yoga classes as a way to take care of herself. It seems like she’s learned a lot from it too.

“You will never speak to anyone more than yourself in your head, Be kind to yourself. I have been on [a] wonderful yoga retreat with so many amazing people. I almost didn’t do it. But I am so grateful I did,” she said in a recent Instagram post.

By pushing herself out of her comfort zone, she was able to experience an amazing vacation.

DOOL Spoilers – What’s Next For Stacy Haiduk’s Character On Days of Our Lives

Haiduk may be on vacation but her character Kristen DiMera isn’t. There’s a lot of things going on in her life right now.

Kristen managed to have a face to face meeting with her father, Stefano DiMera aka “Steve Johnson” (Stephen Nichols). Viewers know that Stefano stole Steve’s body when his memories were implanted into his body. Knowing that Kristen is her most loyal child, he told her the truth. Now, she’s in the hot seat as Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) grills her as to why she got to see their father but he can’t.

Obviously, Stefano can’t reveal his true identity to Chad because of the moral code he lives by. Plus, the body he’s currently using is Abigail’s DiMera’s (Kate Mansi) uncle and that means if he comes clean, Chad may put his conscience and Abigail first, rather than his family.

Viewers have to wait and see if Chad can keep Stefano’s secret when the time comes that he tells him the truth. But for now, he’ll continue to put some pressure on Kristen as he demands to know what’s going on.

He’ll grill Kristen about their meeting and ask why Stefano doesn’t want to meet anyone else. He’ll grow more suspicious especially since Stefano doesn’t want to explain himself. So, he’ll try to find answers from Kristen.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers hint that Chad and Kristen will make a shocking discovery during the week of January 27. But fans have to stay tuned to find out what it is.
