DOOL spoilers reveal that EJ told Stefan that he found a way to help him get out of Salem. However, Stefan wasn’t too pleased to find out that he was being shipped off to North Korea.
In addition to not knowing the language or having a place to live, Stefan would have to figure out the money situation on his own. Stefan wasn’t too tickled with that aspect of EJ’s “help”. On the other hand, Stefan really doesn’t have any options left.

In the episode that aired on Monday, March 18, 2024, Stefan went to Ava Vitali’s ( Tamara Braun) apartment. In that scene, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) was still in Ava’s bedroom, basking in the afterglow of their passion.

However, Stefan clearly did not get the hint until it was a bit too late. Soon, he was standing right in front of Detective Harris Michaels.

At some point during the confrontation. Stefan tells Harris what Ava was doing while the detective was fighting for his life. Of course, Ava punches Stefan right in the face.

DOOL Spoilers – New Boy-Toy
We already know from spoilers that at the end of the week, Stefan turns himself into the police. Just like EJ kind of blindsided Stefan, Stefan blindsides EJ right back.
When Stefan turns himself into the police and talks to detectives, EJ finds out after the fact. That could put EJ’s position as district attorney – as well as his freedom – on the line.
Since Stefan turns himself into the police he’s going to need a lawyer. Is it possible that Sloan will become Stefan’s lawyer? If so, is it possible that Sloan and Stefan will engage in some sizzling passion?
Sloan might love Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), but she’s getting sick of being upstaged by an infant. So, we could totally see Sloan bedding Stefan, especially if he has no way to pay the lawyer’s hefty fees.
