It is teased that Stefan will search for Gabi after he escapes Dr. Rolf. While “Stabi” fans will want Li exposed and Gabi to be reunited with Stefan, that probably won’t happen right away. This is a soap opera, which means there is much more drama and suspense coming with this storyline.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Dr. Rolf will inform Li that Stefan has escaped. It is teased that Li will be horrified. Li knows that Stefan is still in Gabi’s heart, which is why she had such an issue with the request to take off her dead husband’s ring. Li also hasn’t completely won over Gabi.

So, Li might try to track down Stefan to prevent him from reuniting with Gabi. However, if Li can’t find Stefan, he could take another extreme measure to prevent “Stabi” from reuniting.

It’s possible that Li could whisk Gabi out of town. Li might claim that he needs Gabi to accompany him to Paris for business. Perhaps Li suggests that Gabi meet his mysterious mother. It’s also possible that Li will “surprise” Gabi with a romantic getaway.

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Hernandez’s Heart

One thing that happens a lot with torn-apart lovers in the soap is being drawn back to each other no matter the distance or circumstances. Head writer Ron Carlivati tends to favor psychic connection storylines.

John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) had a psychic connection despite Steve Johnson aka “Steve-ano” (Stephen Nichols). Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) also had a similar psychic connection. So, could Gabi “feel” Stefan’s presence despite being thousands of miles away?
