DOOL spoilers reveal that fans were excited when it was announced that Steve was returning to Salem. However, that excitement soon turned to confusion when it was also released that Stefano would be back “in away.”

Now viewers know that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) inserted a brain chip into Steve’s head to make him believe he is Stefano. In order to get the real “Patch” back, someone has to take that brain chip left.

DOOL Spoilers – Kayla Brady’s Decision

It is teased in the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest that Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will make a bold decision. After Dr. Rolf refused to take out Steve’s brain chip, this will put Kayla in a predicament. She doesn’t feel qualified to take out the brain chip, but since Dr. Rolf won’t do it, she will be forced to.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Complications and Possible Brain Damage

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the operation, Kayla and Dr. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will encounter an unexpected complication. It forces Kayla to make a split-second decision and it could have horrifying consequences.

After the surgery, Kayla stays by Steve’s hospital bed waiting for him to wake up. Eventually, he comes to, but there is a problem. He faces possible brain damage and can’t remember his love for Kayla.

DOOL Spoilers – Fans Rooting for ‘Stayla’

It is confirmed that Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) helps Steve an in a few weeks, he will finally remember his love with Kayla. Now, there are some viewers that enjoy Justin and Kayla together. However, there are a whole lot more that want “Stayla” back together.

For this reason, it is highly likely that Steve will be sticking around. There is no other man for “sweetness” and no other woman for “Patch” and they belong together. Let’s hope that the writers understand this and reunite the iconic soap couple.

      They should be together – they are a classic DAYS supercouple. Maybe they can bring Adrienne back from the dead – or maybe it wasn’t Adrienne, maybe it was Bonnie in the wreck! Justin needs someone!
