Days Of Our Lives Spoilers indicate that Sydney Dimera (previously played by Evelyn Stephenson) may return to Salem and fans could learn the real reason behind her panic attacks.

Will Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and EJ Dimera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) return to Salem to be near her grandmother for help with her attacks?

EJ Dimera Got Called To Rome By His Daughter

Sidney called her father to come and visit because she was upset over current happenings in Salem. EJ is safe after being kidnapped but Sidney needed to see him for herself.

Sidney asked EJ to come to her instead of her returning to Salem at the time. EJ’s trip actually helped him in certain ways anyway.

EJ being out of town allowed Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien0 to bring Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) back into the picture.

Of course, Dimitri came at the end of Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) marriage causing a great deal of havoc for them although Leo is supposed to prove his love to Javi.

More Time To Find Evidence

EJ being out of town also gives Rafe Hernandez and Cat Greene (Annalynes to n McCord) more time to loo for evidence against EJ.

However, it is a might interesting that Sidney is somehow involved. Sidney who has not been around her father in years and EJ can go to Italy any whim he gets wo why is this so important now?

Sidney may have issues because Sami ia away so much and could be working her way up to coming to Salem to live.

Could this be the way of bringing Sidney back to Salem and allow her and EJ to grow a bigger bond with her father? Is there some evil issues with the panic attacks that cause Sidney to want to be in Salem instead?

Does Sidney Dimera Not Approve Of Sami Brady’s Fiance’s

EJ may not be the person that Sidney truly wants to be close to. Let’s be honest, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) was more of a father to Sami’s kids than EJ ever thought about.

Does Sidney’s panic attacks have more to do with the danger caused by her father and perhaps coming back to Salem is a way to get help through Rafe instead.

EJ is not the only person mentioning Sidney lately and perhaps that explains why Rafe is talking about raising Sami’s kids as well. Could Sidney need Rafe’s help instead of EJ’s and perhaps EJ is simply a means to an end when it comes to getting to Rafe to ask for help.

Could Sidney knows something about Sami’s boyfriend that makes her worried about everyone? Will Sidney give Rafe the information to save her mother from this marriage?
