Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Diversion From The Devil

DOOL fans who desire a slight diversion from the possession storyline will get one this week as Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will be in the spotlight. The devil will soon wreak havoc on Abe but that comes some time later. Reynolds is celebrating 40 years on the NBC soap and his character will be in a frontburner storyline. He will be fighting for his life after being shot. Abe will die and go to heaven but decide its not his time. He will reflect on his past which includes seeing his wife Lexie who died in June 2012.

DOOL Spoilers – A New Lexie Carver

Renae Jones who originated the role in 1993 was not available so there will be a recast in the role. When Jones left DOOL she said she was through with acting and has not had any roles since. During an interview James Reynolds said the recast captured the essence of Lexie but the name of the actress has not yet been revealed.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Theo Carver Is Back

Theo Carver (Kyler Mackenzie Pettis) was SORASed in 2015 and remained in the role until 2018. He won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 2019. Pettis left the role and it was recast with Tyler Johnson. It is not known at this time how long Theo will stick around or what actor will be in the role. Perhaps he will remain in Salem at least until Abe recovers or perhaps be around for his father’s wedding to Paulina Price (Jackee Harry).

DOOL Spoilers – Abe Carver In The Spotlight

Abe will be in the spotlight no matter who will portray his son and his deceased wife. His joy after recovering from his gunshot wound will be short lived as the devil in Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is going to ruin his life. Abe will find out that Paulina has been lying and Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) is not his daughter but Paulina is her birth mom. It’s not known yet whether this revelation comes before, during, or after the nuptials but it will happen.
