Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease there may be some proof why Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) couldn’t have shot and killed Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow). For one thing, there was no blood-no blowback-for another, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) dared him to shoot too and he shot a red wine bottle instead!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Bo Brady Couldn’t Kill Steve Johnson
Twice, Bo came at Steve with a weapon-the first time with a knife, the second time with a gun; both times Steve looked him in the eye and dared him.
The knife went in the wall and the bullet through a bottle of red wine, spraying what resembled blood spatter all over Steve, Bo, and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans).
Bo didn’t have it in him to kill Steve either time, and considering there was no blood spatter when he “killed” Kate at close range, he didn’t kill her either.
Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) both thought he killed her, even though there wasn’t enough time after the shot for him to have cleaned up.

It’s possible that Rolf went out later and found her, and if she was wounded cared for her secretly-like he did when Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) was killed.
DOOL Spoilers – Others Are Told Kate Brady Was Killed By Bo Brady
Others are told that Kate was killed by Bo, in fact it’s Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) who tells Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), John Black (Drake Hogestyn), and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).
But this is after he goes to Statesville Prison and confronts Megan for all her lies-if she’s lying about everything else, why not this-where’s the body? But whatever happened outside that compound the night Kate disappeared, it was a turning point for Bo-that was the night he went rogue and wouldn’t obey Megan anymore.
Given how Kate looked him in the eye and dared him to shoot just like Steve did, and she obviously got through to him about not obeying Megan, she’s likely alive-somewhere.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – No Blood, No Body, No Burial
Surely when Steve and John found Megan’s compound and went in different ways they’d noticed blood, bullets, or a shallow grave and there was none.
Even if they didn’t, Kayla would have when Bo kidnapped her and took her to Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) childhood home. True, Bo was in a rush to get Kayla away from the compound and John and Steve in a rush to get in.
But if Kate was really dead, why didn’t they show her die, and why did the shot go off so soon after Bo returned to the compound, with no blood spatter? Eventually, she’ll show up alive or someone will see her and bring her back to Salem.
