John would have expected Steve to let him know he is back in town since they are business partners. Kayla cannot believe her ex-husband shows up after mailing her signed divorce papers. Kayla assumed that Steve was the hospital Santa. Being Santa means Steve was flirting with Marlena who is equally shocked. Justin is very upset with Steve over not showing up at his sister’s funeral as well. Steve is likely to get attacked all the way around for his disregard for his family and friends.

Kristen was looking forward to this year’s new year’s party and cannot stand seeing Brady with someone else. Can Kristen and Brady pick up where they left off after she left him? Does Brady want to be with Kristen after all this time? Will Brady’s family accept a reunion with Kristen?
