‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday, July 2: EJ’s Shocking Discovery, Holly’s Fight & Alex Distracted

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, July 2, 2026. We can expect tomorrow’s episode to feature Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) getting distracted.

Stephanie Johnson Vents

Let’s start off with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). The woman will end up venting to Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans).

Stephanie’s life has definitely spiraled out of control, but she’s trying to take back her power. However, with Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) being mentioned, I worry that those locks were removed too early.

In the meantime, Kayla will try to reassure her daughter.

Brady Black’s Intel

As for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), she managed to get a sample of the water from Smith Island thanks to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). 

However, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) isn’t getting any better. Sarah mentioned that Holly might not have long enough before the test results get back.

So, if Holly has another seizure, Sarah might have to take a chance and treat the patient without knowing for certain the toxin. 

That could either save Holly, or kill  her. The odds are half and half. We will get back to Smith Island in just a few minutes.

Alex Kiriakis Distracted

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, July 2 reveal that Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) will try to keep Alex distracted. 

Joy’s feelings are clear for Alex. However, the Stephanie issue is a problem.

So, I wonder why Joy is keeping Alex distracted.

Holly Jonas Reminisces

Over at the hospital, Holly will still be a patient, dozing in and out. During one of the times Holly is awake, Tate Black (Leo Howard) will try to keep her spirits up.

Tate and Holly will remember all of their wonderful moments.That actually makes me worry that Sarah might not be able to save Holly in time.

We do know that Puzemis is one of the young actors leaving the soap soon, so this could be leading up to that.

While they suspect the well water is contaminated, they don’t know what. 

Treating the wrong toxin could be deadly.

Smith Island Shocker

As for Smith Island, Brady was just there collecting a sample of the well water.

Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) also mentioned they get the water tested every year. 

So, when EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) arrives on Smith Island, he makes a shocking discovery.

Could EJ discover that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is alive, or that there is an environmental crisis on their hands? 

Either way, it seems EJ is screwed, so stay tuned!
