‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday, June 11: Paulina Takes Charge, Kate Confesses & EJ Explodes

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, June 11, 2026.  In tomorrow’s episode, we can expect one woman to go to extremes. 

EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) face off. Plus, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) confesses.

Paulina Price’s Bold Move

Let’s start off with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). The woman was alerted by Johnny DiMera  (Carson Boatman) that the cancer doctor was terrible. 

As a result, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) has decided to not get cancer treatment until after the baby is born.

However, Johnny wants Chanel to consider getting another opinion. 

Paulina is going to help with that, but I wonder what she’s going to do. 

If a kinder and more patient doctor talks to Chanel, maybe all her questions can be answered. That might make Chanel feel comfortable enough to go through the treatment sooner rather than later.

Theo Carver’s Support

Chanel wanted to tell Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) about the cancer. However, he was already carrying a lot and got really overwhelmed. So, Chanel couldn’t add one more thing to that. 

That led to EJ telling Theo about Chanel’s diagnosis. Of course, Theo will do what he can to support Johnny.

Kate Roberts Brady Confesses

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, June 11 reveal that Kate has been keeping a big secret from Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). 

Roman smoothed things over, but Kate’s secret is about to come out.

After talking to Xander, the woman has no choice but to tell Roman the truth. 

While she hopes Roman will be understanding and forgiving, this could be the last straw. 

Kate allowed Roman to apologize and grovel. To find out that he was right all along might infuriate him. 

Sarah Horton’s Gift

As for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), she has a special gift for two college students. The doctor will give this gift to both Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Ari Horton (Vico Escorcia). I’m curious what this special gift could be.

EJ DiMera Sparks

Over with EJ and Xander, they will end up getting into a huge fight. However, EJ isn’t the only one Xander needs to worry about. 

Now that Xander is getting into bed with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) could find out next!
