Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Anna is still facing criminal charges for injecting Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) with a syringe. If it had actually been the antidote as everyone thought, then Anna would never have been arrested. However, Gwen made sure that Sarah got more of the hallucinogen, which led to her going into a catatonic state.

Even though Sarah has finally been given the antidote and seems normal, Anna doesn’t know that. The police also are unaware of Sarah’s progress. Anna will tell Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) that she’s going on the run. Can Tony stop Anna before she makes a huge mistake?

In Thursday’s episode, fans can also expect Sarah to make a shocking request. What Sarah asks will leave Xander and Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) with a new problem. It is speculated that Sarah might remember Xander and her love for him.

However, could she be forgetting that her baby died? It is teased that Xander and Maggie will keep something from Sarah for her protection. So, we will have to stay tuned to find out what that is.
