‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday, November 27: Rachel Observed, Stephanie’s Safety, Thanksgiving Celebrations

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, November 27, 2025! In the next episode, fans can expect Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to watch over a hospitalized Rachel Black (Alice Halsey).

Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) worries about Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) safety. Plus, the core families celebrate Thanksgiving with their loved ones.

Rachel Black Observed

Fans know that Brady just went to visit Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) in the hospital after her intentional allergic reaction attack.

The doctor had no idea that it was Rachel who intentionally tried to hurt her. Brady was appalled and horrified, which is why Rachel is in the hospital under observation.

Sarah’s forgiving reaction really caught me off guard. The woman either really is a saint, or she just wants Brady that much!

Brady and Tate will watch over Rachel. Both will pray that she will get the help she so desperately needs.

Belle Black’s Surprise

Over in Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) hospital room, Belle Black (Martha Madison) shows up with a surprise. In the weekly preview clip, Marlena gets a wonderful surprise on Thanksgiving.

The woman gets Thanksgiving delivered to her! It really is sweet of Belle to do that for her mom while she’s in the hospital.

Stephanie Johnson’s Safety

Days of Our Lives spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Alex will worry about Stephanie’s safety. There is someone who tried to drug Alex’s drink from a take-out order.

Alex seems fine the next day, but who is doing this, and why? Even though Stephanie will immediately blame Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark), I’m starting to wonder if he’s being set up.

Thanksgiving Celebrations

At Brady’s Pub, everyone counts their blessings on Thanksgiving. Expect to see the other core family’s Thanksgivings as the week progresses.

However, I do have to wonder about Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). The man tried to extend an invitation to Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), but he had already accepted an invitation from Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez). 

Maybe Xander and Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) could celebrate the holiday together. They did have a romance at one time.

Gwen is up to no good right now, but she’s the type of woman who can be changed with love. So, we will have to keep watching to see what happens next!
