Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Tripp Questions If Kayla Ever Trusted Him, She Believed He Was Guilty Too Easily?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that it shouldn’t be long before all of Salem realizes that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) has been telling the truth all along, and that despite all of the evidence, he had nothing to do with Aliie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) no is he the father of Allie’s baby. Tripp’s father, Steve Johnson (Stephan Nichols) believed in Tripp’s innocence from day one. Butseemed ready to believe in Tripp’s guilt almost immediately. And now Tripp is left to wonder if Kayla ever really trusted and believed in him at all!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tripp Dalton Once Tried To Ruin Kayla Johnson’s Career!

When Tripp first came to town, it was after his mother Ava Vitale (Tamara Braun) had apparently been smothered to death. Of course, now we know that Ava is alive and well thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay). Steve had confessed to Ava’s murder himself, but Tripp (Lucas Adams) could tell that Steve (Stephan Nichols)  was covering for someone else. And Tripp believed that person was Kayla. Tripp began medical school and working at University Hospital, with Kayla as a mentor of sorts. But used the opportunity to make it look like Kayla was making careless mistakes with patients that could be serious if not caught. But Tripp always made sure that he showed up just in time to correct the mistakes before anyone got hurt.

DOOL Spoilers – One Big Happy Family?

Once his duplicity had been discovered, a desperate Tripp pulled a scalpel on Kayla and threatened her by putting it up to her neck. Steve soon showed up and saved Kayla, and Steve and Kayla’s son Joey Johnson (James Lastovik) finally admitted to Tripp that he had smothered Ava. Joey went to prison until just recently when Ava turned up alive, but Kayla had a really difficult time with the fact that Joey was in prison, while she didn’t press charges against Tripp so he got off easy.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kayla Johnson And Tripp Dalton Eventually Became Much Closer,

It took Kayla awhile to forget that Tripp tried to ruin her career, and then threatened to kill her but slowly the two of them began to put the past behind them. Tripp left town awhile back to attend med school out of state, but recently returned because he wanted to work with Kayla in Salem. But that was right around the time Tripp first ran into Allie (Lindsay Arnold) in Salem and she floored him by accusing him of rape one night that they were both in Paris. Most of Salem, including Kayla, believed Tripp was guilty, especially when a DNA test proved that Trip was a match with the baby! Of course, the real culprit was a younger brother that Tripp didn’t even know he had.

DOOL Spoilers – Has Kayla Johnson Just Been Pretending To Care About Tripp Dalton All This Time?

Now that it’s almost all over, Tripp will be sad that Kayla was so easily convinced of his guilt. He knew he had done some really awful things to Kayla in the past, but the he thought they had worked through them and that Kayla thought of Tripp as family. But seeing how quick Kayla was to believe he could rape anyone, he wondered if she would just rather Tripp not be around at all? Was it possible that she just pretended to get along with Tripp for Steve’s sake. It seems this family has quite a bit of talking to do and see where they go from here.
