Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will show up unexpectedly at Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) memorial. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will intervene as he sees him going for EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreriegel) throat!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Johnsons Return To Salem

After going to Seattle to rescue Tripp from the kidnapping EJ set up, Steve and Kayla Johnson (Stephen Nichols, Mary Beth Evans) spent Thanksgiving with him and Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine). But now that Tripp is safe, and Steve hears that Ava supposedly is dead along with Susan, they return to Salem to attend Susan’s memorial out of respect. They get to Salem the day of the memorial, and soon they go to St. Luke’s, where the memorial is being held.

Everyone is shocked when they hear from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) that he saw Ava alive and got into a confrontation with her. EJ isn’t so surprised because he tangled with her at the site of the crash, and had convinced himself she was a hallucination.

DOOL Spoilers – Ava Vitali Is In St. Luke’s Setting Up A Bomb

Ava’s in St. Luke’s setting up a bomb, which is how she plans to kill EJ as revenge for all he’s done to hurt her. Ava might still be taking advice from an imaginary ghost Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) who told her to drive off the cliff, and think it’s a good idea. Unfortunately no one has inherited Susan’s psychic mantle who could tell Ava Charlie’s not real, or if he is, he’s real dead.

Not even Tripp, who really did come back from the dead via angelic resurrection, will see how deluded Ava is. Nor does EJ, who came back from the dead via Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) although he thought she was off her rocker when she saw Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Confrontation Interrupted

Tripp goes into St. Luke’s but instead of having compassion for EJ because of the loss of his mother, has fury because of the death of his. Suddenly a living Ava comes out of nowhere and gets between the two before Tripp strangles EJ with his bare hands. It’s not like Ava isn’t having the same desires, but she doesn’t want Tripp to go down for EJ’s murder.

Ava tells Tripp and EJ that she made it out of the wreck, which EJ actually already knew but no longer believed. She’s been recuperating and apologizes to Tripp that she hasn’t contacted him to let him know she survived and tells him to calm down.
