DOOL spoilers for Tuesday, December 17 reveal that a judge will finally give an answer in Philip Kiriakis’ (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander Cook Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) court case.

Philip and Xander both insist they are the son that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) left the business to. It’s a debate between the will and a letter.

Belle might even bring up Xander trying to kill Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) not once but twice! While Brady is right that Belle can’t prove Xander’s intent, it could prove something else.

In the end, fans will finally see which man will rule Titan Industries. Will it be Xander or Philip, and how explosive will the loser behave?
