DOOL spoilers for Tuesday, December 3 reveal that Salem will gather to pay their final respects to Doug. Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is doing her best to get through this.

As Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) mentioned to Liz, Julie is putting on a brave face. Inside, Julie’s heart is breaking and she might be wondering how she finds the strength to continue moving forward. 

There will be a lot of returns at Doug’s funeral. Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), Shawn, Belle, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal), and others.

There also won’t be a dry eye in the house (or viewers living rooms) when Julie delivers an emotional and powerful message.

On Tuesday, December 3, fans will see the Horton time capsule get opened. However, it is teased that later in the week, an item from the time capsule goes missing.

I can’t help but wonder if Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) is responsible. In an interview, the actor hinted that young Doug is a bit mischievous but doesn’t mean for chaos to follow him everywhere.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, December 3 reveal that Liz has already come back to speak with Marlena.

Meanwhile, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) runs into Marie. It is teased that in Tuesday’s episode, Liz and Marie will face each other.

On Tuesday, December 3, fans will also see Shawn pay Belle a surprise visit. Fans recall that Belle told Marlena that she isn’t even sure where she stands with Shawn right now. So, while Shawn is in town for Doug’s funeral, maybe SHELLE can finally get on the same page.

From interviews with the actors, it sounds like Shawn isn’t drinking anymore and is in a better mental place. At the same time, it sounds like the couple still has more issues to work out.
