Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Tuesday, August 18: Sami Freaks Over John’s Collapse – Philip Comes Home to Salem, Xander’s CEO Spot At Risk

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, August 18, tease that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will have a serious shouting match with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker). They’ll argue over what’s best for Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby, but John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will quickly intervene. This explosive confrontation in the living room won’t be getting them anywhere.

After John urges Eric and Nicole to leave, Sami will think she’s found an ally. However, John will set Sami straight and insist he’s not on her side. Sami’s destroying the family – at least in John’s opinion. Days spoilers say Sami will justify her actions, but she won’t think John has a right to get involved here. Sami will declare that John isn’t her father and push him to just butt out.

Unfortunately, this argument will go from bad to worse after John suddenly keels over! Sami will be left wondering what happened as she frantically calls for help and hopes John pulls through. Days of Our Lives spoilers say John will be hospitalized soon enough, so his doctors will try to get to the bottom of things.

Days Of Our Lives – Lani Price Expecting Twins

In the meantime, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have another patient on her mind. DOOL fans know Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) is expecting twins, which gives her double the reasons to worry. Lani already lost one baby, so she certainly doesn’t want to lose two more.

Lani will look nervous at the hospital, but it seems this may just be a routine exam. Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will stay at the police station, so Lani may convince him she’ll be fine alone. Even so, Lani will indeed battle concerns as she prepares for updates on her babies. It’ll be up to Sarah to calm Lani down and hopefully give her some great news.

DOOL Spoilers – Great News

Speaking of great news, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will get some on Tuesday. It may take some convincing, but Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will ultimately be ready to hand the Titan reins back over to Xander. Unfortunately, Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) comeback could bring a change of plans.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip will show up out of the blue and leave Xander uneasy. Since Philip has CEO experience and is Victor’s son, Xander will certainly know Philip’s return could spell trouble. Once Xander leaves, Victor will speak with Philip alone about their estrangement. When Victor asks if Philip’s back to repair the damage, Philip will admit he’s willing to try.

In fact, Philip will suggest that making him Titan’s CEO would go a long way toward fixing things between them.
