‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 20: Leo’s Plea, Gwen’s Showdown, Kristen Clashes

‘Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Fans can expect Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) to issue a plea. Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) has a confrontation.

Marlena Evans’ Health Update

Let’s start off with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). The woman was diagnosed with Lyme disease and had to have a pacemaker put in.

While Marlena suffered for a while before getting the right diagnosis, she is on the right meds now. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will give the psychiatrist an update on her condition.

Kristen DiMera Clashes

Over with Kristen, she will clash with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). This must have something to do with Rachel Black (Alice Halsey).

The doctor made it clear to Brady that Rachel needs to understand that he’s going to date who he wants. However, Kristen might worry that Rachel could target Sarah once again.

Leo Stark’s Plea

Days of Our Lives spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) is leaving Salem for a bit.

Leo will beg Javi to stay in Salem. However, Javi will let him know that he’s leaving to take care of his father, who needs heart surgery.

While Javi is out of Salem, that might make it easier for Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) to woo Leo back to him!

Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner’s Confrontation

There is also Gwen, who decides to confront Dimitri. The woman shows up at Brady’s Pub, where Dimitri is dining. However, Gwen isn’t interested in talking. Instead, she dumps beer all over Dimitri’s head!

We also know from the weekly preview clip that eventually, Leo will ask Gwen to make Dimitri disappear again. However, this could go wrong in so many ways! Plus, it won’t prove that Leo is actually over Dimitri, which is what Javi needs to know.

Julie Williams Advised

As for Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), she’s getting ready to host her first book club meeting. Julie will talk books with Foster (Miles Anderson), Marlena, and Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). However, Foster will end up sharing some words of wisdom with Julie.

With Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) getting arrested later this week, Julie is going to need all the support she can get.
