Kayla Johnson Fed Up
Let’s start off with EJ, who has been making all kinds of cuts at the hospital since being voted in by the board.
Now in charge of the nearly bankrupt hospital, EJ has cut all the little stuff instead of the big things. This includes no more coffee for the doctors and other medical staff!

It seems that EJ will keep trying to cut expenses and Kayla will just get sick of it. In tomorrow’s episode, expect Kayla to face off with EJ.

Supporting Tate Black
Over with Sophia, she has to spin a new story to Tate Black (Leo Howard). Now that Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes) and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) have been rescued, Tate is just now looking at his phone.
Tate missed a call from Sophia, who claimed to be in labor. It’s not like Tate can run to the hospital as Sophia isn’t even in Salem right now.

Sophia’s story will get some help from Melinda Trask (Tina Huang).
After Tate learns that the baby has already been taken home by the adoptive parents, he will reel from the bombshell. Meanwhile, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will support his son.
Sarah Horton Kiriakis Worries
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, July 22 reveal that Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) will worry about her custody battle.
Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) has the child physically right now, but only because a custody decision hasn’t been made yet.
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) urged Sarah to find a way to peacefully co-parent with Xander because that’s what the judge will expect. Meanwhile, Xander was told the same thing by his own attorney.
Could Xander have a realization and work out a deal with Sarah?

Stephanie Johnson Freaks Out
Over with Stephanie, she will totally freak out on Alex. Does this have something to do with the book? Stephanie keeps going back and forth on the publishing issue.
