5 Key Takeaways:
- Chanel struggles with growing anxiety after another emotional conversation adds to the pressure surrounding her cancer diagnosis.
- Joy reconnects with Kate while opening up about motherhood and the complicated situation with Alex.
- Alex proudly bonds with Justin over fatherhood, but concerns about Stephanie’s reaction continue to linger.
- Sarah faces a difficult medical case tied to dangerous tainted drugs spreading through Salem.
- Marlena puts Xander on notice with a serious ultimatum as fears grow that he may be slipping back into destructive behavior.
Joy Wesley Bonds
Let’s start off with Joy, who is back in Salem with her baby. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) got a DNA test right away and he is the father.
Since Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is in China at Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) wedding, Joy and Alex have been bonding over the baby.
Next, Joy will meet with Kate and give her an update on everything that’s happening. The two met up once before after Joy’s return, but they should have more time to talk this time.
Of course, Joy might sense that something is going on with Kate, too.
Alex Kiriakis’ Joy
Back over with Alex, he will meet up with his father for a chat. Alex will gush about his daughter to Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth).
That will give both of them a chance to talk about the joys of fatherhood.
However, Justin might be curious how Stephanie is going to handle all of this when she gets back in town.
Sarah Horton Struggles
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, June 2 reveal that Sarah will struggle with a patient. From the weekly preview clip, we can see that there are tainted drugs in Salem.
Sarah’s patient is likely a woman who has consumed the tainted drugs. However, who is behind it and why? Dead addicts don’t buy more, so there must be another reason for the tainted substances.
Chanel Dupree-DiMera Uneasy
As for Chanel, she has just told Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) about her breast cancer diagnosis. Then, the lady ran into Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews).
Chanel wanted to tell Theo, but he was already too overwhelmed. Chanel couldn’t pile one more thing onto his shoulders.
Then, on Monday, Chanel will have another conversation that leaves her uneasy. Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) might inform his wife about the talk with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).
It means that someone told Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) the information. Fans know it was Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers), who was just talking with her BFF, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
When Lani learns what Kristen has done, she will be furious!
Marlena Evans’ Ultimatum
Over with Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he meets with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). The woman will give him an ultimatum.
Xander was making great progress in the beginning, but Marlena could wonder if he’s slipping back into his old ways just a bit too much.
Marlena doesn’t help people who aren’t willing to do the work, so stay tuned.
