Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that an unsatisfied EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) might rage and sue Salem University Hospital for malpractice along with shady Dr. Pierce (Steve Mize). It’s not enough revenge for EJ to see Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) who caused the wreck that caused Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) to go into premature labor in prison.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – There Is No Closure With No Baby To Bury

Viewers remember how EJ acted with no closure for the presumed death of his mother, Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) and how he’d have killed Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

The only thing that saved her was her commitment into Bayview Sanitarium, and he still didn’t believe Susan was alive until she returned, Ava and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) rescuing her.

Now, again there is no closure for EJ and it’s even worse for Nicole, who still believes her baby’s alive, a DNA test having not matched.

EJ was perfectly calm as he tried to comfort his grieving wife, but someone has to pay at the hospital for accidentally cremating the baby.

He has bottled up his rage at the hospital’s incompetence and prepares to sue the hospital and the doctor for malpractice.

DOOL Spoilers – EJ DiMera Is Way Too Calm

EJ is way too calm and an explosion of rage can be expected soon-and what hospital accidentally cremates a baby’s body without the parents’ permission?

For that matter, what hospital does cremations at the morgue level anyway-isn’t that done at a funeral home’s crematorium, at the family’s request, not just done randomly?

Being able to say goodbye to her child in a tangible way would help Nicole break free from the delusions that her baby is alive and adopted. A big malpractice suit would ensure no other family would ever go through such a horrible outcome.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – EJ DiMera Demands Proof From Dr. Pierce

Of course EJ will demand proof from Dr. Pierce but he’ll subpoena said proof, because with no proof of Pierce’s allegations no heads will roll nor lawsuit go forward.

This of course puts Pierce in a bind, and he’ll consult with Melinda Stark (Tina Huang) and demand much more money than she paid him.

The whole story is a bald faced lie to cover Melinda and Sloan Petersen Brady (Jessica Serfaty) posing Nicole’s baby as the one Sloan and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) adopted.

EJ can’t solve all the problems with a malpractice lawsuit naming Pierce, the hospital and its morgue but it’s a start. If there is no closure there is no dissuading Nicole from believing Eric and Sloan’s baby is hers!
