Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Victor And Kate Face Difficult Decision

Days Of Our Lives - Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston)Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will be faced with a difficult decision in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives! This has to be referring to the disappearance of Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and his so far, presumed death!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Victor Newman Faces The Likelihood Of Murder Of His Son By His Grandson

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) came to the Kiriakis mansion in person to tell Victor and Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) that Philip was missing, and that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) was a person of interest in his disappearance and possibly his death! This was before the DNA match between Philip’s blood and the blood on the knife found by the unconscious Brady came in, and before search teams dragging the river came up with a prosthetic leg, likely belonging to Philip!

It is almost certain that it was Philip himself who has faked his death in order to frame Brady for his murder or at least his attempted murder, the evidence all points to Brady being the culprit if Philip were to be found dead! Maggie was shocked, and Victor had just told her that Philip, who he had recently fired, was dead to him so that is pretty rough for the older man to handle should his son’s body be found! Victor would likely give anything to take back his words!

DOOL Spoilers – Kate Roberts Took The News Hard

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that as soon as Victor heard the bad news from Shawn, he called Kate, Philip’s mother. It’s a good thing that she has two sons in town for emotional support, because she’s going to need it! Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) of course is in town and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) has popped into Salem for the holidays as well. Days of Our Lives viewers will remember that Victor told Kate to sit down – she refused to, but when Victor gave her the lowdown on Philip missing and possibly dead at the hands of Brady, she did indeed sit down and took the news very hard!

Poor Kate looked like she was going to collapse on NBC Days! So far, no body has been found although at the end of the week Kate will make a shocking discovery as she enters a room, possibly hers, at the Salem Inn! Will she find Philip, and if she does, alive or dead? But prior to that, she’ll weep on Roman Brady’s (Josh Taylor) shoulders, who has come to the Salem Police Department to provide much-needed emotional support!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate Roberts And Victor Kiriakis’s Difficult Decision

Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that before an arrest can be made for a murder, there has to be a formal presumption of death if there is no body found. So far, as Days of Our Lives viewers know, Philip’s blood on the knife that was found next to Brady’s unconscious body at the riverbank and a prosthetic leg that may likely be checked out and prove to be Philip’s have been found.

But with no body, they have enough to charge Brady with intent to murder, perhaps, or communicating threats via cell phone, but nothing ironclad. Kate and Victor’s difficult decision may be to have Philip declared dead so that the murder investigation can go forward and Brady can be arrested. In real life, a person has to usually be missing for at least seven years before being declared legally dead, but as Days of Our Lives viewers should know, soap operas aren’t real life, although many real lives could be considered soap operas! Giving up on Philip ever being found alive, for both of them and for Victor, the possibility of his grandson murdering his son, is very difficult!
