Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Victor Kiriakis Heartbroken Over Caroline’s Death

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will get some shocking news. She’ll hear from her brother Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) that their mother, Caroline Brady (Peggy McCay) has suddenly passed away. Kayla will of course be devastated, as will the rest of the Brady family, and in the coming days, DOOL viewers will see some touching scenes as the family remembers their beloved Caroline.

But the Brady family won’t be the only ones who will experience devastating feelings of loss as a result of the Brady matriarch’s death. In fact, there’s someone in particular who will suffer greatly when he hears that Caroline has passed on, and that’s Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Caroline’s Death Rocks Salem

As DOOL viewers know, Victor has been happy (as far as grumpy Victor can be happy) in recent years with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). He and Maggie have had their share of rocky times, but for the most part they’ve been content.

But longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will remember that Victor and Caroline had a long history together. Caroline was the love of Victor’s life. The two fell for each other years ago when she was married to Shawn Brady (Frank Parker), and they had a clandestine affair that produced Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).

Even though there was a lot (and we mean a LOT) of conflict between Victor and the Brady family over the years, Kayla, Roman, and Kimberly Brady (Patsy Pease) eventually made peace with Victor. Bo and Victor were even on decent terms at the time of Bo’s death.

In later years, Victor and Caroline became close again, and although they never rekindled their romantic relationship, it was clear to DOOL viewers and everyone else that they shared a strong bond in addition to sharing a son.

Days of Our Lives News: Victor Devastated Over Caroline

Well, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Kayla and Roman will decide that they should reach out to Victor after Caroline’s passing. They both know just how much Caroline and Victor meant to each other, and they’ll feel a considerable amount of compassion for Victor. And importantly, they won’t want him to find out about Caroline’s death from someone else; they’ll feel that a member of the family should tell Victor personally.

So according to DOOL spoilers, Kayla will go to Victor herself and gently break the news that Caroline has passed on. Viewers can expect to see some touching scenes between Kayla and Victor, as she tearfully invites Victor to Caroline’s wake, to make sure that he feels welcome at the gathering.

DOOL viewers can also look forward to some touching scenes between Victor and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) as well, as they reflect on Caroline’s passing and probably on Bo’s legacy, too. Hope and Victor haven’t always gotten along, but they’ll come together in their time of loss, hopefully treating viewers to some nice flashbacks and remembrances of both Caroline and Bo.
