Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that instead of a night on the town or some alone time to reconnect, it seems Xander and Sarah will be nursing a sick baby instead. Sarah will discover that Victoria Cook has a fever and she will make sure Xander knows this.
Sarah may not be too excited and just believes that the baby needs to stay in. Xander, however, may go into full panic mode now that the baby is sick.
Sarah may have to spend more time calming Xander’s nerves than sitting with their sick daughter since it doesn’t seem to be anything serious at least not yet.
Sarah could become a bit worried and ask Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to take a look at Victoria just to ease both her and Xander’s fears. After all, Sarah is a doctor but this is her baby.

It seems that Sarah will stay the night and help Xander care for their little girl. Xander and Sarah will also share some very close moments while they are together.
This may even lead to Xander suggesting that Sarah and Victoria move in with him. After all, he does have a two-bedroom apartment that is plenty big enough for the three of them.
