Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) ordered a baby swap. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) did the dirty deed of switching Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) dead daughter with Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) living newborn. The reason was to save Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) from being tied to Kristen for a lifetime.

DOOL spoilers tease that Kristen went into early labor and had complications. The umbilical cord was wrapped around the child’s neck. However, the child was saved and ended up getting a clean bill of health.

However, Kristen is told later that the newborn died. She doesn’t understand and is filled with grief.

As for Sarah, she ended up going into labor as well. She wasn’t able to get to the hospital and Xander was forced to play doctor. He delivered Sarah’s baby girl, but the child did not survive. It is assumed that Sarah doesn’t know that the child died, though.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Victor Kiriakis Orders Baby Swap

Once Victor finds out that Kristen had a healthy baby girl and Sarah’s daughter is dead, he orders a baby swap. In his mind, he is protecting Brady from being tied to Kristen for a lifetime because of a child.

It is teased that he orders Xander to switch the babies and he does what he is told. This would explain why Sarah doesn’t know about the baby switch. She may have passed out after delivering her child.

However, the truth is going to come out soon and when it does, how will it change things for Sarah, Kristen, Brady, Xander and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan)? Fans will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to see how this storyline develops over the next few weeks.
