Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Vivian Comes Between Jake & Kate – Mom Demands Jake Dump Nemesis?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that in Salem Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) have their share of challenges in their relationship. While Kate and Jake very much enjoy being together, Jake’s got a big pull toward Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus), which is likely going to cause some ongoing difficulty for the couple.

But soon, Jake and Kate will have another big issue to contend with in the form of Jake’s bio mom, Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano). Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Vivian’s big plot to acquire and raise Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) twins will come crashing down, and it will come to light that Vivian is alive and well.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Vivian Alamain Supposedly Died Last Year

Now, when Vivian supposedly died in police custody last year, she was in some serious legal trouble for crashing Eli and Lani’s wedding and for threatening to kill Lani. That led her to fake her death, with the help of Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera). At the time, Jake mourned the mother he never really knew and then moved on with this life relatively unscathed by Vivian.

Well, now Vivian will be back, and Jake and Kate will learn in a startling moment that Vivian is still alive. That’s going to come as a shock, and we suspect that it won’t be long before Vivian seeks out Jake and wants to have some sort of mother/son relationship with him. We’ll see how Jake handles that, but the whole thing will probably really rile Kate.

DOOL Spoilers – Vivian Alamain And Kate Roberts Are Enemies

Of course, Kate and Vivian are long-time enemies, even though they did manage to make nice with each other back when Vivian was in police custody last year, shortly before her “death.” Even though Kate and Vivian might have made a breakthrough then, something tells us that Vivian’s not going to be copacetic with Kate being involved in a relationship with her son.

In fact, Vivian might do her best to come between Kate and Jake, and she just might succeed at doing so if she dredges up enough old history between the women. After all, Kate did shoot Vivian in cold blood in the DiMera mansion, causing Vivian to later retaliate and bury Kate alive in the cemetery.

Jake will probably be horrified by these details, and he’s going to end up smack dab in between his mom and Kate. We wouldn’t be surprised if Vivian demands that Jake stop seeing the likes of Kate, and if Kate can’t stop going on about all the evils of Vivian. It will probably be enough to make Jake’s head swim!

Who knows – Gabi might not be the person who ends up coming between Jake and Kate. It could very well be Vivian who strikes the final blow to Jake and Kate’s relationship.
