Steve Johnson’s New Case
Let’s start off with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), who will go to speak with Steve. The topic will just happen to be Sophia’s baby. The concerned father will tell Steve about Sophia’s story and her accidentally calling the baby a boy instead of a girl.
In a weekly preview clip, Steve agrees that Sophia’s story doesn’t quite add up. So, it sounds like he will take the case.

Sophia Choi’s Run-In
Meanwhile, Sophia will have a run-in with Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). Even though Tate and Holly are back together again, Sophia wants him for herself.
The teenager isn’t even thinking of how tense that kind of relationship would be. Until that baby is found or comes looking for them, there will always be that resentment.
Back to the present day, something happens that puts Holly on red alert. Later in the week, she confronts Sophia and warns to stay away from Tate.

Rachel Black’s Comforter
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, August 27 reveal that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) will be devastated over Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) bombshell. Clues point to the little girl seeking comfort from Sarah.
Will this push Rachel to remember that she was really the one who shot EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Also, I’m confused why Marlena or Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) didn’t just tell Brady the truth.
After all, Brady knows how troubled his daughter has been.

Fans can also expect Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to make a suggestion to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).
This must have to do with Xander Cook Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) public relations situation. Steve did the right thing by dropping that case, but Stephanie’s challenges could be just starting.
There is also Alex, who issues an apology to Sarah. Maybe this is about how the secret about Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) came out.
After all, it did lead to Sarah and Xander filing for divorce and the current custody battle over the baby.
