Johnny DiMera’s Mission

Let’s kick off this post with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens). Chanel is going through a lot thanks to her cancer and chemotherapy.

The woman is pregnant on top of it as well as caring for her son. It’s a whole lot, but Chanel keeps trying to push through. 

When things start getting to Chanel, Johnny will do his best to lift his wife’s mood. However, Johnny is also keeping secrets. Chanel might pick up on it if he’s not careful. 

Leo Stark Connects

As for Leo, he is determined to save Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). While Leo’s gut is right, something did happen to Gwen, he’s probably not the right person to rescue her. In any case, Leo is on a mission and turns to Rafe for some help.

However, I wonder if Leo could somehow find out that Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) is ISA. Leo’s gut was right, but Cat keeps denying it.

 

Susan Banks Returns

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, July 29 reveal that Susan will return to Salem. Fans might recall that previously, Susan insisted she could sense Stefano DiMera’s (last played by Joseph Mascolo) presence.

Maybe that was due to the bones, but maybe she was sensing EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) transformation.

Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) already had a chat with EJ, but I imagine the man will remain torn. It’s not what he will do, it’s what he’s already done. There really isn’t any coming back from that. 

In any case, Susan will become convinced that EJ is turning into Stefano. 

Lexie Carver Busted

As for Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), she gets busted in a lie. So, Lexie is going to have to come up with an explanation for Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews). 

The woman planned on sneaking away so she didn’t have to tell Abe and Theo the truth. However, she’s being cruel by taking away their ability to prepare and say goodbye. So, she’s going to either have to give a full confession, or tell another lie.
