Even though the manipulation worked, Wendy was dating Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Plus, Wendy didn’t appreciate being lied to.
It seems that Joey will find out about Tripp becoming Wendy’s new roommate. Joey will assume that this means Tripp has the upper hand in the love triangle. However, is that really the case? If Joey keeps interfering in Tripp’s relationships, then it could blow up in both of their faces.

Glad to see Wendy and Tripp getting closer, even roommates. Glad that Stefan is back to remembering loving Gabi. Like to see the three women out from under the DiMeara woman from the past. She seems wicked. EJ drugging Stefan is dumb, that needs to end. Bad storyline with all the real drug problems in the US now. Happy to see Ericole possibly reuniting.
