DOOL spoilers reveal that Sarah is back in Salem after being saved from captivity on Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) deserted island. The only problem is that Sarah doesn’t know who she really is. Instead, Sarah is convinced that she is a dead woman by the name of Renee DuMonde.

In addition to Sarah not knowing her true identity, she believes that the man she loves is Tony. Sarah was hospitalized for a bit and initially agreed to tests, but left the minute Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) back was turned.

Unfortunately, Sarah aka “Renee” isn’t going to give up on Tony. This is becoming a real problem. In Wednesday’s episode, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) tries to push Maggie into signing papers to have Sarah hospitalized.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Gwen is pretending to be clueless about what’s happened to Sarah. The one hope that Gwen has is that Sarah never remembers her true identity. However, it seems that Gwen will face even more complications.

It is teased that Gwen is confronted by Abigail regarding her kidnapping. Does Abigail know the truth or is it just a suspicion at this point? How will Gwen deal with this as well as Xander’s focus on Sarah’s mental state?
