Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, March 19, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) to be crushed.

Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) learns of Joy Wesley’s (AlexAnn Hopkins) decision. Meanwhile, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) spies on Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavosier).

Theresa Donovan Crushed

On Wednesday, March 18, fans can expect Theresa to be crushed. Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) called her to share some devastating news. The felon seemed pretty impatient that he had just now gotten back to her.

However, she will understand after she hears what’s going on. It seems that Theresa might need to go to California to take care of her mother. 

It’s not just Shane’s phone call, but Kimberly Brady (Patsy Pease) has been mentioned multiple times recently.

In fact, Theresa covered by telling Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) mother that she’s been in California taking care of her ill mother. Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) called her out on actually being in prison, though. So, it seems Theresa will be headed out of Salem once again.

Brady Black’s Support

Meanwhile, Tate Black (Leo Howard) might be the next to hear the news about his grandmother. Tate will be crushed just like Theresa.

However, Tate doesn’t have the option of  going to California, not with a baby on the way and no adoptive parents. So, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will try to support his son the best he can.

Joy Wesley’s Decision

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Joy thought she knew what she wanted to do about the baby. However, Philip gave her some important points to think about.

Now she has run into Alex in the office. She did stop him and is about to confess. So, will Joy tell Alex that she doesn’t want him involved in the baby’s life? Will he even accept that?

However, after running into Theresa, Xander eavesdrops on the former couple. It’s not clear how much Xander hears, but it could change everything.

Over with Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), she has a lot on her mind. However, she tries to cover with Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).

If Maggie prods too much, Sarah will likely use the hospital crisis as a cover story. At some point, the truth is going to come out, so stay tuned for the fireworks!
