‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, May 7: EJ’s Intent, Kayla’s 2 Missions, Alex & Xander Strategize

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to make his intentions clear to Dr. Jeffrey Russell (Michael Dietz).

Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) bond. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) works to accomplish two missions. Also, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) shares a discovery with Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

EJ DiMera’s Intent

In tomorrow’s episode, fans will see EJ explain things to Dr. Russell. We already saw Dr. Russell denied Kayla’s request to help save Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).

What Dr. Russell failed to tell Kayla is that he has a secret deal with EJ. Expect EJ to explain that he’s going to buy the hospital, which will also give him control of the lab.

While this also gives EJ control of Versavix, Shawn and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) are already on a mission to steal the sepsis treatment. Kayla is on board as well, considering it’s her brother that is dying.

Kayla Johnson’s 2 Goals

Kayla’s primary goal is to find a way to save Bo. Kayla already knows that Dr. Russell’s drug in development could save Bo’s life. Dr. Russell gave his explanation as to why he couldn’t legally help Bo.

However, Kayla could dig up some intel that gives her some kind of leverage. Kayla might even learn that Dr. Russell has an alliance with EJ, but she will want to know why.

Belle Black & Shawn Brady Bond

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Belle and Shawn will do some bonding. Even though they are divorced, SHELLE still cares about each other.

They might bring up their complicated romances. They will also talk about Bo as well as John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) disappearance.

Fans will also see Alex tell Xander about a discovery. Fans know that Alex read Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) manuscript, “One Stormy Night.” Alex thought it could be a bestseller and wants Titan to publish it. So, Alex likely tells Xander about this idea.

It seems that Titan already has a lot of pots in the fire. Plus, with this mess with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), could a publishing division be too much?

There is also the romance/business entanglement. Is it really wise for Stephanie to allow her boyfriend’s company to publish the book?
