DOOL spoilers for Wednesday, November 15 reveal that Nicole and EJ will continue to worry about their missing newborn.

After Dimitri and Leo crashed into Nicole’s car, she gave birth on the side of the road. However, Nicole also made some decisions that she wouldn’t have if she were thinking clearly.

So, Nicole might feel guilty about even letting Dimitri hold her baby much less take him away. Of course, Nicole was unconscious after the crash, so that could have played into her decision.

Perhaps being knocked out from the crash and blood loss from delivering the baby might have altered Nicole’s decision-making process.

In any case, Nicole never would have allowed herself to be separated from her “miracle” if she had been thinking clearly.

Meanwhile, Leo finally got a chance to call Dimitri to let him know about the arrest. Expect Dimitri to panic and urge Leo to flee Salem while he still can. However, it seems Leo is the more moral one out of the pair.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, November 15, fans can expect Holly and Johnny to take a trip to the local hospital.

Holly panicked when she learned her mother was missing. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) comforted Holly and listened to her about the location sharing app. Then, Eric went out to find Nicole, which he did.

When it came to EJ, not only did he yell at Holly, but didn’t understand the significance of the location sharing app at first.

Plus, Eric actually took action by searching for Nicole. EJ just stayed behind barking orders and assigning blame.

So, Holly and Johnny will go to the hospital to reunite with Nicole. They will also learn about the baby’s situation.
