In the meantime, Belle Black (Martha Madison) will continue to rant over Jan Spears’ (Heather Lindell) latest move. Jan’s been busy trying to become Claire Brady’s (Isabel Durant) bestie, but Belle returned home to shut it down! Since Jan is Belle and Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) old foe, Belle will try to explain the situation to Claire and convince her to stay as far away from Jan as possible.

As for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he’ll take steps to secure the CEO position for himself. Xander wants to run Titan Industries alone, so he needs a strategy to get Philip out of the picture. Finally, a woman named Angie (Nzinga Blake) will arrive from the Congo. Angie happens to be an old pal of Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan), so he’ll wonder what this visit is about. It turns out it’s about setting up Eric’s departure, so Angie will make a tempting offer that’ll eventually take Eric out of town.
