DOOL spoilers reveal that Wendy fought hard to get the same opportunities as her brother. However, Wendy and Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) father is very traditional and set in his ways. Up until recently, Wendy was working in IT at DiMera Enterprises.
When Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) went on the run to search for Susan, Wendy offered her help. Wendy gave Ava and Harris new passports, which were done so well that it allowed them to cross international borders.
Then, Wendy tried to hack into EJ’s phone but got busted. Even after Wendy told EJ that Susan was alive, he still fired her from DiMera Enterprises.

In the weekly preview clip for October 2 to 6, EJ is stunned when Susan walks into the DiMera mansion.
Susan squeals with delight and runs into a jaw-dropped EJ’s arms. In the background, Harris can be seen standing like a soldier at the door.
Once EJ learns that Susan is in fact alive, he will call off his army, who are going after Ava. EJ will also find out at some point that Wendy helped in Susan’s rescue. After all, Wendy gave Ava and Harris the passports.
Wendy also was able to provide Tripp with the address of where Ava and Harris were staying. So, EJ might regret firing Wendy and offer to bring her back on board at the company.
While Wendy does need a job, she could be disgusted at how far EJ went to kill Ava. Wendy could also have no interest in working for an employer that doesn’t see her worth. Wendy has grown a lot in the past few months, both personally and professionally.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Rafe Hernandez’s Job Offer
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Wendy might get multiple job offers all at once. Tripp mentioned to Rafe how helpful Wendy has been in tracking down information and people. Rafe has seen some of Wendy’s tech skills first-hand.
Wendy seems interested in the pursuit of justice despite her shady ways of getting intel. So, maybe Rafe could suggest Wendy get a job at the police department helping detectives with cybercrime or something similar.
DOOL Spoilers – Black Patch Recruitment?
Another possibility is that Wendy’s next job could come from Tripp’s family. After learning about Wendy’s tech skills, Steve could be impressed. Maybe Steve will offer Wendy a job. It would be a big career change, but Wendy would be learning from the best.
For newer viewers, Steve and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) run a private investigation firm called Black Patch. Now, Black Patch hasn’t been in storylines for a while.
That would certainly bring more interesting story arcs than Wendy’s love triangle or the DiMera Enterprises CEO merry-go-round. Tell us what you think in the comments!
