Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in Salem Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) are about to welcome twins. When “Elani” has their babies, it won’t be long before another character gets pregnant. There are a few different possibilities, but there is a good chance that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) could have a baby.

DOOL spoilers reveal that the only thing Gwen has to focus on is destroying Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and her family. She doesn’t seem to talk to her Bayview BFF, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) anymore. Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) won’t get involved with her again. Seducing Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will fail. The girl has a whole lot of hate and bitterness inside of her. We can think of a few reasons why she would end up pregnant.

A popular theory about Gwen is that she could be Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) secret daughter. Normally, Jack would probably try to get to know her. However, she tried to literally melt Abigail’s brain. Gwen also is responsible for splitting up Jack and Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain). Jack might not want anything to do with his secret daughter… unless there is a grandchild involved.

FrankenBaby: Giving Stefano DiMera New Life

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) tried to impregnate Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). But even if she had Stefano inside of her, she would get an abortion. So, the “host” should be a willing volunteer. Dr. Rolf might tell Gwen it’s time to pay up and tell her to give birth to FrankenBaby. Plus, having a child with DiMera DNA will give Gwen access to the DiMera fortune she’s so interested in. It will let her keep living at the mansion, too, which will allow her to keep targeting Abigail.

If Gwen isn’t the one who gets pregnant, there are other possibilities. Claire Brady could get knocked up. However, will it be Charlie Dale’s (Mike C. Manning) or will she end up sleeping with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) in the near future? To complicate matters, what if Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is found alive… and with a child!? Ben’s life would get a lot more complicated if he had two kids around the same time, but each had a different baby mama.
