Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Will Maggie Serve Prison Time For Killing Adrienne?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) is out on bail for driving drunk the night that Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) was killed in a car wreck that seems to have been caused by Maggie driving drunk.

As viewers knew, everyone thought up until recently that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) was guilty of causing the wreck by taking his eyes off the road just for a moment while he was sending a text. Will was tried in court and found guilty and spent several months in prison before Maggie realized the truth and Will released.

Days of Our Lives – Will Maggie Horton go to jail?

Maggie has the benefit of her husband Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and his army of lawyers who have assured Maggie that she won’t spend any time behind bars. But Maggie herself seems to have different ideas. She believes that she should go to prison, just as Will did. She may tell the court that and seal her own fate. Victor would be furious, but Maggie may be determined. Viewers will recall how hard she was on Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn) when he killed Maggie’s son in the same manner.

Dool Spoilers – But is Maggie Horton truly guilty?

But is Maggie really guilty after all? She has repeatedly said that she doesn’t remember taking that first drink and her first memories after than are waking up behind the wheel after the accident was over? Someone else was there that day, and she was taunting Maggie up until the point that she supposedly left.

And that person was her daughter Summer Townsend (Marie Wilson). Summer showed up right before the accident and prevented Maggie from driving to the hospital with her other daughter, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) who was in labor. Maggie stayed behind to deal with Summer while Adrienne offered to drive Sarah to the hospital.

After taunting Maggie with the fact that she was dying from liver failure due to her own alcoholism, she pulled out a bottle of vodka for them to share. Summer then disappeared. What if she got in Maggie’s car and Maggie followed behind her. Perhaps a drunk Summer caused the wreck and then poured the liquor down Maggie’s throat and moved her to the driver’s side and then disappeared. But even if that’s what happened, is Summer even still alive?

DOOL Spoilers – Six months

Summer had told Maggie that she only had six months to live. By now, that time has passed so even if Summer could be found, it seems unlikely she is even alive. Assuming she was even telling the truth. Perhaps Summer lied about the liver disease and just wanted revenge on Maggie for putting her up for adoption all those years ago.
