Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that now that Stefano DiMera (Stephen Nichols) is back, that he may step in and take DiMera Enterprises back for himself!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Tony DiMera Got In Trouble With Anna DiMera So He Couldn’t Take The DiMera CEO Job

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that back before the time jump, Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) was ready to take the reins at DiMera after Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) death, but Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) wouldn’t have it. So now, a year later, Tony and Anna are said to be traveling in Europe! Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) did have the position but then Wei Shin (Michael Hagiwara) fired her, so Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) was left at the reins of DiMera.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) came back to Salem with his wife Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) when her mother, Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) went into a one-year coma and apparently has been running DiMera alongside Gabi but in competition with her at the same time!

He is plotting to push her out. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was in no position to take over with a high-risk pregnancy, and she is now in a convent. Stefano, meanwhile, has a newer and younger body – not his, but newer and younger – and is in much better physical condition using Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) body to take back the company that he founded and start running it again. After all, “Hope Brady” (Kristian Alfonso) is getting nervous and might leave town, and “Steffy” would be all alone in their lair!

DOOL Spoilers – The Question Is, Will He Run DiMera In Person Or Via Computer?

The question is, will he run DiMera in person, or via computer? While there are some advantages to having a newer, younger body people would ask questions about why Steve Johnson would be running DiMera! But Salemites would have to eventually get used to the idea – unless Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) made Stefano a Stefano mask to wear when he’s being Stefano instead of Steve – kind of a reverse of when Kristen was impersonating Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker)!

Even Stefano acknowledges he’s got Steve Johnson’s face, minus the patch over the eye, of course! He obviously must be still wearing that bionic eye that got Steve in so much trouble; perhaps that is where the device that turned Steve into Stefano is located – inside the eye, instead of inside the brain, like Stefano himself did with Hope so many years ago when he turned her into Princess Gina the first time!

Chances are unless he has a mask to make him look like himself again, he will run DiMera via computer, out of cyberspace! If he needs to appear as himself, a computer graphic of his former self could easily be made to run on a program where he would have to use videoconferencing, appearing to speak as he spoke. It would be kind of like a modern-day Wizard of Oz, never seeing the man behind the “curtain”.
