Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Will’s Mysterious Illness, Rex’s Desperate Search For Answers Before It’s Too Late

Days of Our Lives Will Horton - Chandler MasseyDays of Our Lives spoilers tease that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will continue to run tests on Will Horton (Chandler Massey) to determine a diagnosis for the mystery illness he apparently has contracted.

Even though Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) explained what the “mati” or Greek “evil eye” was, and Will pointed out he got the headache and passed out just like Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) said he would after giving Will the evil stare, both Rex and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) ruled that out as a cause of Will’s problems.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Is Leo Stark Responsible?

Sarah actually tried to stifle a giggle! They are probably right – Leo’s not even Greek, how could he make a Greek evil eye work on Will? However, Will did also point out that since Leo’s mother Diana Colville Cooper (Judith Chapman) had just poisoned his grandma Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), it could be a possibility Leo poisoned him with something!

While Rex and Sarah wait for toxicology reports to come back from the lab, Will and Sonny themselves also search for answers, but the problem with those kinds of symptoms and searching them on the Internet is usually it brings up the worst-case scenario, like a stage 4 brain tumor!

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that it could be a delayed reaction to the amnesia serum that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) had developed, and Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that it had a minimal effect on Will’s memory with only the one dose.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Will’s Illness Linked To Rolf’s Serum?

Will managed to get his hands on all the remaining serum and steal it, and in spite of the hospital board forbidding trying further doses, he winds up injecting himself with the rest of it, aided by his significant other at the time, Paul Narita (Christopher Sean).

The serum itself had a delayed effect in bringing his memories back, so it makes sense to think that any adverse side effects it may have could take a long time to show up as well. Perhaps it is a substance that is metabolized very slowly by the body!
