Nicole Walker May Hold the Key

DOOL spoilers tease that Nicole confronts Sarah about the pregnancy. Even though she knows about the baby now, Sarah urges her to keep quiet. This puts Nicole in a tough spot. Does she keep something so important from Eric? Or does she betray Sarah and expose the baby bombshell?
