DOOL spoilers for the week of October 7 state that Xander decides he needs some help with a situation. He ends up going to Dr. Rolf. Now, it isn’t revealed what is going on, but it has to have something to do with Sarah.

As fans have seen the past few months, Xander has a serious crush on the doctor. Even though she is pregnant with another man’s child, that isn’t going to stop him from pursuing her. He claims he is in love with her. That is why Sarah’s plans are so upsetting to him.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton Plans On Fleeing Salem

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Sarah doesn’t know how to break the news of her pregnancy to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).

Last week, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) directly asked Sarah if she was pregnant. While she was able to get around that question, she did lie to Eric when he walked in and asked if she was pregnant.

Afterward, Sarah told Xander she was leaving Salem. She feels it is her only option. However, Xander will do anything to stop her. If she leaves town, then there goes his chances of being with her.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Xander Cook Convince Her To Stay In Town?

A sneak peek photo shows Xander and Sarah in a passionate kiss. It doesn’t appear that she is pulling away. This indicates that “Xarah” might actually turn into a hot item. However, they won’t have any chance if Sarah goes ahead with her plans.

This is going to be difficult for Xander considering his history. Does he let her make her own decisions, or will he go revert back to his old ways to get the woman he wants.
