Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander Confronts Nicole, Gabi Left Heartbroken And Alone In Salem!

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of October 14-18 tease that we’ll see some highs and lows in Salem. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will be convinced she has no choice but to leave town. She’ll leave tell Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) goodbye, but Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will work to keep her around. He’ll plan to fill Eric in on Sarah’s pregnancy via that envelope he just showed to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay).

Unfortunately, that envelope will end up in the wrong hands. It looks like Xander will have a change of heart about divulging the pregnancy news to Eric. Too bad Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will already know the truth! She’ll open the envelope after Dr. Rolf leaves it at Eric’s apartment. That’ll leave Xander desperate to keep Nicole quiet, but it’ll obviously be a tough decision for her.

Nevertheless, Xander will convince Nicole to stay tight-lipped. It seems he’ll also convince Sarah that he can take care of her and this baby. Xander will do whatever it takes to keep Sarah close and win her over. On a lighter note, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will derail a steamy “Ericole” encounter this week. She’ll arrive just as Nicole and Eric are about to get busy, so that’ll bring some awkwardness!

Other “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will have something to celebrate. They’ll break out the bubbly as they toast to their bright future together. Anna will even push Tony to pop the question. DOOL fans know Anna and Tony have waited a long time to be together, so Anna will think a proposal is long overdue!

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say we’ll see some somber stories this week as well. Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will face her worst nightmare after the heart transplant is complete. She’ll have to come to grips with Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) death and return to an empty house alone.

Gabi will burst into tears once she’s by herself in the bedroom. She’ll feel like her world has fallen apart, and she won’t know how to pick up the pieces. As for Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), she’ll awaken after the transplant and marvel at Gabi’s sacrifice. Julie will decide to let bygones be bygones in light of the new developments. She’ll call Gabi back to the hospital so she can offer her gratitude.

However, trouble will strike for Julie before she can thank Gabi. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will fill Julie and her family in on some complications related to her new heart. Julie certainly won’t be out of the woods yet, but “Days” spoilers say her loved ones will try to stay strong.
