DOOL spoilers reveal that everyone was counting on Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) antidote to cure Sarah’s delusion. Unknown to everyone else, Gwen snuck into the lab and switched the antidote with more of the dangerous hallucinogen. Sarah already has extensive brain damage. Gwen couldn’t just switch the antidote with something harmless. Instead, she had to make sure that Sarah’s brain turned to mush.

DOOL Spoilers – Sarah Horton’s Decline

Of course, nobody knows that Gwen committed this heinous act. When Sarah’s delusion didn’t disappear, she had Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) arrested. Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will inform Anna that her future doesn’t look good. It seems that Anna could pay a hefty price for her drastic action. Anna might even be sentenced to prison.

It’s no longer about injecting Sarah without her permission. The results from the injection are devastating. Sarah not only doesn’t get her memories back but reverts to childhood. So, expect to see Sarah playing with dolls and using baby talk. Sarah probably won’t have any more interest in Tony, which is good news. However, the bad news is her mental age has regressed so much that a relationship with anyone would be predatory.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Xander Cook Crushed

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Xander will be crushed at how this plan worked out. Xander will say a heartbreaking goodbye to his former flame. While everyone in Sarah’s life will be devastated, there is one person who will get what she wants out of this. That person is none other than Gwen. It is teased that after giving up on Sarah, Xander decides to marry Gwen immediately.

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Horton Kiriakis’ Decision

It is stated that Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will have to make a difficult and painful decision regarding Sarah. Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was able to get treated for the delusions from the same drug. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) sent Abigail to a treatment center in Florida, and it worked. So, Maggie might also make the same decision.

Does this mean Sarah will leave once again? If so, expect her to come back one day and when that happens, Gwen will have a lot of explaining to do!
