The post for CEO of titan is up for grabs, but this time around it’s between Xander and Phillip. Philip is going to put some pressure on Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) to tell Victor that he’s the only man for the job, while Xander will share with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) that he’s the one who should be at the help of the company. To complicate matters, even more, Xander truly believes that he’s going to be the CEO, seeing how Victor already, but unofficially, appointed him with the title.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Paul Telfer, who plays Xander on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way, “This is the closest and most on the same page that Xander and Victor have ever been. It really does feel like, not only has Xander earned this position with his bad behavior, but also his good behavior. The company was doing well. He did a decent job as CEO> So there’s really no reason for him not to get the job.”

However, at this point, Xander should know that if there’s one person he can’t trust in Salem, it’s most definitely Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), who can say one thing, but then turn around and do something totally different.
