Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that head writer Ron Carlivati talked to Soap Opera Digest about what happens with “Xarah.” The scribe explained that Sarah will go through another unexpected side effect of being drugged. Carlivati said that it wouldn’t affect Sarah’s feelings for Xander, but it would be a difficult challenge for the couple to get through.

“So there are some aftereffects of the drugs that continue to be an issue for the two of them. It doesn’t really have to do with her feelings for Xander, but it potentially will grow into a bigger problem and impact another big story that’s happening on the show.”
