Evan Frears Goes to Trial

DOOL spoilers reveal that despite Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) coerced confession, Evan still must go to trial. There is a chance that he could be convicted. However, there is also an equal chance that he could end up going free. His attorney and sister, Zoey is going to do her best to free Evan.

DOOL Spoilers: Sonny Kiriakis to Testify

It is teased that Sonny is asked to testify against Evan. As fans recall, the two had a romantic relationship for a short time. Then, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) was released from prison after it became known that he didn’t cause Adrienne Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) death.

Sonny broke off his fling with Evan, something that the troubled young man didn’t take well. He ended up begging Sonny for help and pointed a gun at him.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Zoey will try to help Evan by eliminating a witness. She will actually break a code of conduct set by her profession and use witness intimidation. Her goal is to scare Sonny into not testifying against Evan.

However, Sonny isn’t going to be scared off that easily. He will continue to tell the truth in court and explain everything that happened between him and Evan. This includes him brandishing a gun and trying to force him to run away with David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends).

Even though it is suggested that the confession could be thrown out due to it being coerced by Ciara, there is other evidence. There are the fingerprints, which police assumed were David’s. However, they were actually Evan’s. There is also the character testimony from people who knew him, including Sonny.

But at the end of the trial, will it really be enough to find him guilty without a reasonable doubt? Fans will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to find out how this storyline ends.

No, I think that Sonny, as the son of an attorney should know that witness intimidation is illegal and he will tell his dad Justin who will report her to the bar association!
