Days of Our Lives star Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera) traded her soap opera props for a splash of primetime fun, popping into a recent episode of “SWAT”. The soap star also appeared previously in the CBS soap “The Young And The Restless”; might she be leaving the soap opera world for primetime?
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Different Kind Of Role
Stacy has played crazy villains in her previous soap opera roles, so playing the role of a character named Thomas’ (Matt Anspach) mother may seem tame. This was a guest role, so she hasn’t been added to the regular cast, but it certainly is a change.
While the actress known for soap opera, having also played in the defunct ABC soap “All My Children” has appeared on TV movies in the past, she’s only guested on primetime shows.
She’s not the only former soaper to appear on this particular program-Shemar Moore started on the Young and The Restless himself. Other familiar former soap star names such as Sherlyn Fenn and Obba Babatundé have also been in the SWAT cast.
