Nicole Walker’s Accident & Delivery
DOOL spoilers reveal that the winter preview shows Nicole marrying EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as Sloan weds Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
A very pregnant Nicole gets into a car accident one night. However, Leo ends up delivering Nicole’s baby on the side of the road. So, Nicole must get into a wreck with Leo, especially judging by all his bruises and bandages.

Later, Sloan and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) debate about what to do about Nicole’s baby. The baby was stolen from a carriage.

So, Melinda suggests having a doctor claim that the baby died. That is exactly what happens, which reminds us of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) baby switch storyline.
Leo does end up blackmailing Sloan. However, the truth could come out soon. The preview clip also shows EJ catching Eric consoling Nicole as she grieves the loss of her baby.

The preview clip from Days of Days 2023 also features the Horton house. This is a landmark in Salem and every fan recognizes the home.

However, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) walk in and gasp at the flames. It looks way too large for the two to combat themselves, especially by the size of the fiery flames.
Murder & Mystery
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that fans will also see Gabi pull a bloody knife out of a man’s back. The face and hair can’t be seen.
However, the man is wearing a suit jacket, so he’s a businessman. He also looks to be on the thin side, so perhaps it is Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).
Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) won’t want Gabi to go back to prison, especially after what happened to her last time. So, maybe that sets the mysterious death up for a murder mystery.

The winter preview also shows Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) making a grisly discovery. Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) gets shot in front of Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), just like what happened to Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Fans will meet Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) ex-husband, who will be played by Blake Berris. If that name sounds familiar, that’s because the actor formerly played villain Nick Fallon.
Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) sits by a bedside. However, the man in the bed has his entire face bandaged.
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) ends up on life support as Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) is arrested. Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) is threatened.
\Plus, Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) and Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) find out that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is really Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) son, not Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
