‘DOOL’ Early Week Spoilers April 20-24: Shawn’s Move, Marlena’s Guilt, New Chad Debuts

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 20 reveal Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) moves in with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).

Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will struggle to keep Theo Carver’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) secret. Plus, the new Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) debuts. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Shawn Brady’s Move

Let’s start off with Shawn, who is still recovering from a gunshot wound and surgery. The man faces a long recovery and needs help.

Shawn didn’t feel comfortable with Belle Black (Martha Madison) helping him. Jada offered to allow Shawn to stay with her, and she would help him.

They are good friends, work together on the police force, and Jada said they take care of their own. 

However, I wonder if Theo is right to be worried. After all, Shawn and Jada did have passion at one point.

Marlena Evans’ Guilt

Over with Marlena, she just learned from Theo that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) is alive. Theo told Marlena this during a session, where she would have to keep the secret.

However, fans have also seen Marlena second-guess her recent decisions, especially regarding Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote). 

While Marlena is keeping quiet, the guilt could eat at her. Especially if she runs into Abe Carver (James Reynolds).

Romantic Complications

Days of Our Lives spoilers the week of April 20 reveal that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) has been bedding Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien).

However, fans know that it’s just a temporary band-aid for his feelings about Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).

Meanwhile, Sarah will keep getting closer to Brady Black (Eric Martsofl).

As for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), he will try to explain things to Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). However, I don’t think it’s going to be an easy path for Leo and Javi. 

Plus, Conner Floyd is coming to Salem from Genoa City. Fans know that Billy Flynn left DOOL’s Chad DiMera to play Cane Ashby on The Young and the Restless. Now, it’s Conner’s turn to take over Flynn’s character.

Expect the new Chad DiMera to debut on April 21, 2026. That’s not all, though. Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is also returning.

So, that could pose some problems for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein)! Will Joy come back with a baby, or not?
